CRT staff are bound by the terms of Confidentiality Agreements with research establishments they work with. Consequently, scientists who work at these establishments can openly discuss their discoveries with CRT business managers.

If you are a scientist at another research establishment then in the first instance you should contact your local technology transfer office as a confidentiality agreement will be required.

If you intend to disclose an invention in the near future (e.g. at a conference or in a scientific journal) you should talk to your representative immediately to ensure that the intellectual property is protected (contact us).
