Anti-MRP-14 Antibody Profile

Antigen: MRP-14. Epitope in the C terminal of the MRP-14
Relevance: MRP-14 and MRP-8 are cytosolic calcium-binding proteins of 14kDa and 8kDa that form a heterodimer. MRP-8 and MRP-14 are expressed in peripheral blood monocytes, neutrophils and keratinocytes (mature). Expression is lost on tissue maturation of monocytes to macrophages. MRP-14 may be associated with monocyte and neutrophil activation and the accumulation of these cells in inflammatory sites.
Clone: MRP 1H9
Subclass: IgG1
Applications: ELISA, FACS, Radioimmunoassay, Western blot
Immunogen: recombinant human MRP-14
Reactivity: -
Species raised in: Mouse
Fusion partner: -
Recommended growth conditions: DMEM 5% FCS
