Anti-HLA-DQW1 Antibody Profile

Antigen: HLA-DQW1 (DC1 determinant of human HLA-DR antigens)
Relevance: Human Leukocyte Antigens are highly polymorphic proteins that are involved in the presentation of antigens to the T-cell receptor. There are two classes of HLA antigens, class I (HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C) and class II (HLA-D). This antibody can be used for HLA typing.

Subclass: IgG1
Applications: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen), ELISA, FACS
Immunogen: Bristol 8 glycoprotein from the Bristol 8 B lymphoblastoid cell line.

Recommended growth conditions: DMEM 5% FCS or RPMI 1640 + 10%FCS.
