Applications
Our antibodies have not been exhaustively tested in every application of potential interest. If a specific application is not listed, the antibody may still work for this application.
Evaluation Samples
In many cases, we can supply evaluation samples for the purpose of determining the suitability of an antibody for a particular purpose.
Purified antibody
Purified antibody is supplied for research purposes only. It is supplied in PBS buffer, sterile and filtered. Monoclonals of isotype IgM (regardless of species) are purified by size exclusion. Mouse monoclonals (except IgMs) are purified on protein A and rat monoclonals (except IgM) on protein G. Purified antibody is supplied at approximately 1mg/ml.
Cells
Frozen amps of hybridoma cell lines are frozen in DMEM
20% FCS and 10% DMSO and need to be thawed in to DMEM 10%
FCS and weaned down to 5% FCS.
