Relevance: CD64 is an IgG receptor expressed by monocytes and myeloid cell lines. 10.1 blocks Ig binding to FcR1 receptor, may block ADCC. It is an indicator of inflammation. Increased expression of FcR1 on monocytes after interferong treatment.
