Anti-CD45 Antibody Profile

Antigen: CD45
Relevance: CD45 is a transmembrane tyrosine phosphatase that is present on all leukocytes. CD45 regulates the threshold of T cell antigen receptor (TCR) signaling through dephosphorylation of protein tyrosine kinases (e.g. Lck and Fyn). CD45R and CD45RO are two of multiple CD45 isoforms generated by alternative splicing. CD45R is found on B lymphocyte and T lymphocyte subsets. CD45RO is present on 50% of T cells, most granulocytes and monocytes and most mature T cell tumours. C11 may be used for differential diagnosis of lymphoma and carcinoma and identification of haemopoietic tumours.
Clone: C11
Subclass: IgG2a
Applications: Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation
Immunogen: Human lymphocytes
Reactivity: Human
Species raised in: Mouse: Balb/c.
Fusion partner: NS1
