Anti-CD35 Antibody Profile

Antigen: CD35 (Human complement receptor 1; CR1)
Relevance: CD35 is found on many leucocytes and binds C3b and C4b. E11 detects the C3b/C4b receptor present on most leukemic monoblasts and also normal granulocytes, but which is not expressed on leukemic myoblasts. Used to define B cell lymphomas.
