Anti-TCP-1 alpha clone 91a Antibody Profile

Antigen: TCP-1 alpha (T-complex polypeptide-1; CCTalpha)
Relevance: TCP1, (a constituent of chaperone-containing TCP-1, CCT) is a ~60 kDa protein constitutively expressed in almost all eukaryotic cells and upregulated during spermatogenesis. It is found in the cytosol as a subunit of a hetero-oligomeric chaperone that is known to be involved in the folding of actin and tubulin.
Clone: 91a
Subclass: IgG2a
Applications: Western blot, Immunoprecipitation
Immunogen: C-terminal half of the full length murine TCP protein
Reactivity: Xenopus, Chicken, Rat, Hamster, Mouse, Donkey Human, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Schizasaccharomyces pombe and C. elegans), plants (Pisum sativum, Arabidopsis thalania )
Species raised in: Rat
Fusion partner: Y3 Ag 1.2.3
