Anti-Alkaline phosphatase Antibody Profile

Relevance: Alkaline phosphatase removes phosphate groups from the 5' end of DNA and RNA, and from proteins, at high pH. AP1B9 can be used as a second layer APAAP reagent for immunohistology.
