Anti-Ufd1 Antibody Profile

Antigen: Ufd1 Directed against a 40kd protein interacting with the ATPase p97 involved in membrane fusion
Relevance: The Ufd1 protein (human gene: UFD1L) forms a heterodimer with another protein, Npl4. Ufd1-Npl4 serves as an ubiquitin-adapter for the VCP/p97 AAA ATPase. The ATPase complex is required for endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation and regulation of spindle dynamics, and nuclear envelope formation after mitosis.
Clone: 5e2
Subclass:
Applications: Western Blot, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence
Immunogen: Full length mouse Ufd1 expressed in E coli was used as immunogen.
Reactivity: Human, Xenopus
Species raised in: Balb/c
Fusion partner: Sp2/0Ag.14
Recommended growth conditions:
