Anti-HLA-DR Antibody Profile

Antigen: HLA-DR (MHC class II)
Relevance: HLAs are highly polymorphic proteins that are involved in the presentation of antigens to the T-cell receptor. There are two classes of HLA antigens, class I (HLA-A, HLA-B and HLA-C) and class II (HLA-D).  These antibodies can be used for HLA typing
Clone: CR3/43
Subclass: IgG1
Applications: Western blot, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin sections), FACS
Immunogen: Tonsil cells
Reactivity: Human
Species raised in: Mouse
Fusion partner: NS-1
Recommended growth conditions: RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS + penicillin (100U/ml) + streptomycin (100mg/l) + glutamine (2mM) + HAT
