Anti-CD32 Antibody Profile
Antigen: CD32 (Fc gamma receptor II)
Relevance: Human CD32 exists in at least six isoforms originating from three different genes (Fc gamma RII A, B, and C).  The CD32 molecule is a low affinity receptor for immune complexed IgG and has signal-transducing capabilities involved with humoral and cell-mediated immune responses.  It is expressed by Monocytes, granulocytes, B cells, eosinophils
Clone: KB61
Subclass: IgG1, kappa
Applications: Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections), Immunoprecipitation, FACS
Epitope: Cell surface
Immunogen: Hairy cell leukaemia cells
Reactivity: Human
Species raised in: Mouse
Fusion partner: NS-1
Recommended growth conditions: RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS + penicillin (100U/ml) + streptomycin (100mg/l) + glutamine (2mM) + HAT

Notes: Please note this cell line has not been weaned out of HAT.  Ultroser G can be used at 1% if the cells are not growing well
