Clone: DJ130c
Subclass: IgG1
Applications: Western blot, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin and frozen sections)
Immunogen: CD34 antigen (unrelated)
Reactivity: Human
Species raised in: Mouse
Fusion partner: NS-1
Recommended growth conditions: RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS + penicillin (100U/ml) + streptomycin (100mg/l) + glutamine (2mM) + HAT

Notes:

Epitope is on the first membrane-distal domain of CD16.  DJ130c recognises both CD16-A and CD16-B

Please note this cell line has not been weaned out of HAT.  Ultroser G can be used at 1% if the cells are not growing well
