CRT listed for two biotech awards.
19th November 2009 ---- CRT has been nominated for two prestigious Genesis 2009 Biotech Industry Awards. These recognise and highlight the success of leading UK companies, universities and inward investors in the biotech sector. Their purpose is to promote the UK to overseas markets, building investor confidence in the sector and keeping the sector’s achievements in the forefront of politicians’ minds.
Out of the two awards on offer, CRT has been shortlisted for both. These are judged on achievements over the past year .
First is the Technology Transfer Office of the Year award. This recognises the success of UK companies in converting excellence in research and innovation into commercial opportunity and delivery in life sciences.
Second is the Company Newsflow of the Year award. This recognises companies that have made significant progress and have promoted themselves effectively, thus performing as ambassadors of the UK life science sector.
Winners for both these awards will be announced at the Genesis 2009 Awards Dinner on 10th December as part of the Genesis 2009 Biotechnology Networking Conference. You can read more about the awards here.
