Anti-CD11C Antibody Profile

Antigen: CD11C
Relevance: Integrin aX is found on hairy cell leukaemias and malignant histiocytes and on tissue macrophages, monocytes, activated neutrophils and some T-cell clones. Integrin aX has utility for diagnosis of hairy cell leukaemia.
Clone: BU15
Subclass: IgG1
Applications: FACS (1/10 1/50; use of 10 µl of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells), Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections). Not suitable for paraffin embedded sections.
Immunogen: Dendritic cells of synovial fluid
Reactivity: Human, cynomolgus monkey and dog. Not yet tested in other species.
Species raised in: Mouse
Fusion partner: Plasmacytoma NS1/BALB/c mouse spleen cell; date of fusion: February 1984
Recommended growth conditions: RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS
